Approach your company in good faith. Assume that they care about diversity and inclusion and that religious accommodation will only strengthen the company culture.
Because religion is broadly defined, employers may need some form of literature or educational resource to better understand what your religion asks for.
Be sure to request dates of when your accomodation can be met.
If you feel comfortable reaching out to others who share your religious background in your workplace, it could be helpful to ask for their input (without any expectation for their support, given that religion is a personal experience).
